Banoffee Baked Oats Recipe
A delicious baked oats recipe that can be enjoyed hot or cold.
1 ripe banana (chopped)
3 cups oats
1/2 cup dates
1/4 cup choc chips
1/2 bottle Bam Organic Banoffee Milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chop the dates, then cover them with boiling hot water and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients, including the dates and water.
Save a few of the choc chips for topping the oats. Mix well.
Spread the mixture into a baking tin lined with baking parchment and sprinkle over the remaining choc chips, then bake for 20 minutes at 200c.
Leave the oats to cool for 5 minutes before slicing into 12 portions.
You can eat the baked oats hot or leave them to cool and enjoy them as a snack.
